How do I receive the code?

You will receive an email with instructions on how to access your digital key.

You can access your code on the My Account page on our website.

You will have to verify your email first if you are a new customer.

There is no code in My Orders

Your order may be marked ON HOLD while we conduct our extensive security checks. If you have any questions, please contact our support team and we will be happy to help you.

Why do I need to verify myself using phone and email?

We do our best to protect our customers as we take security very seriously. Hence in order to provide the best possible service we need to make sure that certain security protocols are followed.

Is the payment secure?

We use secure payments by PayPal at ProductKey Pro.

We also offer an option to pay using cryptocurrency which is totally anonymous and secure.

Why can't I use VPN/Proxy when making a purchase?

We do our best to protect our customers as we take security very seriously. Hence in order to provide the best possible service we need to make sure that certain security protocols are followed.

Why is my order ON HOLD?

We require that each customer use their personal PayPal account to make a purchase. If your PayPal information does not match your checkout information, your order may be placed ON HOLD while we manually check your order.

Windows 10 Pro Activation

After activation, why does it say I have “Windows 10 Education” in the Settings?

Will this work with Windows 10 Pro N?

Key is for Window 10 Pro only. It is not compatible with Win 10 Pro N.

ERROR: We can’t activate Windows on this device because the product key was already used on another device.

ERROR: We can’t activate Windows on this device right now. You can try activating again later or go to the Store to buy genuine Windows. Error code: 0xC004F025

Please wait 12 to 24 hours before activating the key in the Settings. This error is due to an ongoing Microsoft update issue. If you are unable to activate Windows after 24 hours, please send us a screenshot of the error so we can help to resolve it. 

ERROR: We couldn’t verify the product key. Please check your installation media.

Please make sure you have a stable internet connection while performing clean installation.
