Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at ProductKey Pro. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at ProductKey Pro. We’ll be as brief as our legal team will allow, The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at ProductKey Pro, you agree to the terms set forth below along with ProductKey Pro’s Privacy Policy.

If there’s something wrong with the product you bought, you have 7 days to file a refund for your item. Send proof of error in a form of screenshot to support@productkey.pro. 

Refunds

We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. Please note that ProductKey Pro is not liable for any damages that incorrect software installation and activation may caused to your device. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are installing the correct and compatible products in their devices. 

We will provide replacement keys as soon as we receive it in our email, as long as it follows the guideline addressed above. It may take couple of hours to process but you will be notified by email or private message.

Shipping

ProductKey Pro is responsible for the shipping cost.
